EXECUTIVE TEAM

The day to day operations of Lifebridge Australia Ltd are overseen by the Executive Team which currently consists of the following individuals.

Bronwyn Mitchell – CEO

Leading Lifebridge operations, Bronwyn is passionate about creating a meaningful and purposeful work environment for employees and customers alike.

Having dedicated her career to the for-purpose sector she has experienced life as a frontline worker through to senior executive positions. Her extensive experience has provided an insight and understanding into how different parts of a business connect and operate and the importance of collaboration and true engagement.

Her skills and focus lie in organisational culture, organisational transformation, strategy development, governance and managing high performance teams with a focus on engagement, empowerment and quality results.

Amanda Chadwick – General Manager

Amanda commenced with Lifebridge Australia in August 2016 to lead the People and Culture function though the NDIS and Aged Care Reforms change management program.  Amanda has spent several years providing executive human resources leadership to an Aged Care organisation with 5 large facilities in the wider Sydney metropolitan area. During this time the focus was cultural change management, business transformation and leadership development associated with changes to funding models and the strategic direction of the organisation.

Previously Amanda spent 10 years as regional Vice President, Human Resources for a large international corporation heading up the mergers, acquisition and integration function while leading the Asia Pacific Human Resources team.

Amanda holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Sydney.

Matthew Grant – Chief Financial Officer

Matthew has over 20 years experience in business management and corporate governance in the care and support services industry.

Matthew’s key capabilities include leadership and organizational culture, strategic and operational planning, financial management, continuous improvement, client relationship development and maintenance, Governance, Risk and Compliance and Technology.

Matthew holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors’ Course and is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
