Supporting People in Our Community

Carer Support Groups

ABOUT CARER SERVICES

Lifebridge Carer Services offer supports to the carers of people who are aged, frail or living with dementia. These services are designed to help you to continue providing the vital care and supports to those who need it most.

Within a friendly and supportive environment, you will be given the opportunity to reflect on your needs, share your personal experiences, learn from other carers as well as listen to guest speakers.

At Lifebridge, we offer flexibility in our services, overnight respite, group activities and individual respite. We will work with you to develop a plan that’s right for you and the person you provide care to.

HOW WE DO IT

When you participate in our Carer Services you join the Lifebridge community that is friendly and welcoming.  Our community removes the isolation barrier for both carers and their care recipients. In all our Carer Services we encourage open dialogue and you will benefit from a confidential and judgement free environment.

Our Carer Services are designed to place your needs first and to help you find balance between your needs and the needs of your care recipient.
