How to make a complaint, suggestion or compliment

We value your feedback. You can submit a complaint, give a compliment or offer a suggestion to help us improve our services by using the below form.

What we need from you

Please be clear, factual, and tell us the outcome you would like. Providing your name and contact details will help us to get in touch and help resolve the issue. If you provide feedback anonymously, we won’t be able to respond to you personally.

How we’ll respond

Action on complaints will be completed within fourteen (14) days.  In the event that a complaint is received via a State/Commonwealth independent complaints organisation or Government agency, all actions will be completed within the designated time periods.

Whistleblower disclosures

Whistleblowing is when you disclose information to us because you believe that we may have breached the Aged Care Act or other Commonwealth or state legislation or have acted in a way that breaches moral, ethical, legal or behavioural standards.
