TYPES OF ROLES

Community Support Worker

Provision of support to our aged, frail and NDIS customers enabling them to maintain independence and achieve their goals while living at home and participating in the community.

Key responsibilities include providing quality person centered care and supports to our customers in accordance with their plans; social, in-home support and community access which may include respite, transport, shopping, personal care and social activities; housekeeping assistance including: dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, meal preparation, making beds, laundry, ironing and general cleaning.

Customer Care Manager

Responsible for assessing, managing and coordinating services and supports for a case load of Home Care Package customers.  You will have the opportunity to work flexibly from home, our Kingscliff office and on-site with customers.

Develop person centred care plans to support our customers needs and goals, indentify, coordinate, implement and monitor supports and services for customers in line with care plans and budgetary constraints.  Develop and manage relationships with customers, carers, families and community service providers.

Administration

We have a range of administration functions within our Community Service, Business Service, Finance and Administration and Executive Teams including:

  • Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Rostering and Scheduling
  • Human Resources
  • Quality Assurance
  • Communications and Information Technology.
