Hygiene
Clean hands protect against infection.
Clean your hands regularly. Wash your hands with soap and water, and dry them thoroughly.
Use alcohol-based handrub if you don’t have immediate access to soap and water.
Keep Your Distance
One way to slow the spread of viruses, is physical distancing.
Keep 1.5 metres away from others wherever possible. Avoid physical greetings such as handshaking, hugs and kisses. Avoid crowds and large public gatherings.
Stay Home if Unwell
If you are feeling unwell – STAY HOME.
If you have symptoms, get tested at a COVID-19 clinic. Symptoms include fever, cough, sore/ scratchy throat, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell. Self-isolate until you get your results.
