Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), Centre-Based Programs, Carer Support, Community Access, Home Care Packages (HCP) and more.

Registered nurses available for wound care, continence care, health assessments and other clinical requirements. Conditions apply.

Over 18’s Disability Services, Social and Community Participation Programs, Integrated Programs, Mystery Tours, 1;1 Support and more.

NDIS customers can enjoy a supported holiday at our Short Term Accommodation House with 24/7 supports, therefore allowing carers a well deserved break.

Lifebridge is always on the look out for new people to join our team.

We would love to hear from people living around the Tweed Heads region interested in volunteering for a few hours each week on an ongoing basis.

Working alongside our experienced team members we have the following opportunities available:

  • Kitchen Assistant – Tuesday and Fridays – 10am to 2pm
  • Social Support Group – Weekdays – 9am to 4pm
  • Handyperson/Gardener – Flexible for 2 to 4 hours per week.
