There is no doubt that remodelling a space will give it a whole fresh new look and feel and this is exactly what everyone is talking about with regard to our cottage outdoor area revamp.
The thought behind the project was to turn an outdated, under utilised and dark area into a place that was lighter, brighter and much more inviting.
Now our customers can enjoy gathering and eating their meals outside – having a “Hamptons experience”.
A special thank you to Denyelle Drury, Allana Barba and Mick Coleman for their hard work in bringing this project to fruition.
Thank you to Clint (Bubba) Maxwell Rendering for the amazing job he did with the rendering.
You may have noticed that our Cottage garden is starting to grow into a beautiful, tranquil space for everyone to enjoy. For this we would like to extend a big thank you to Wayne Brooks and Damian O’Neill for their part in this beautification project.
The waterfall pond that was previously installed in one of the garden beds under the trees kept filling up with leaves and debris causing it to get very dirty and unsightly so Wayne and Damian had a plan to fix this. They have done a magnificent job building a waterfall fountain feature that proudly sits near the outdoor gazebo area away from the trees and now stays beautiful and clean.
Wayne and Damian have also built several herb boxes out of old timber decking donated by Aimy and Ben Simpson and installed a watering system to keep them flourishing. More recently they planted out the raised garden bed with gorgeous native plants and grasses.
When you visit our Kingscliff Cottage or our head office, make sure you take the time to have a walk around the garden and look at the amazing work that Wayne and Damian have done.
