Lifebridge has made the recent difficult decision to transition away from providing NDIS services so we can focus fully on delivering high-quality aged care services.

We are closely supporting our NDIS participants, their families and support network to find alternative local NDIS service providers. Lifebridge’s NDIS services will remain in operation for these participants until everyone is transitioned successfully.

Lifebridge will continue to offer Short-Term Respite at Pottsville for NDIS participants while we assess service demand and long-term sustainability.

Please note there are no changes to our existing aged care services.
